Domaine Hubert Lignier has a reputation for wines known for their concentration, depth and structure. Hubert’s son, Laurent, is the next-gen of this estate and is following his father’s traditional practices to ensure the family's vineyard holdings continue to exhibit the best of their appellations.
Jean-Baptiste Boudier owns 7ha of vines in the villages of Pernand-Vergelesses, Aloxe-Corton, Savigny Les Beaune, and Ladoix-Serrigny. With a careful attention to farming and a light hand in the cellar, he makes reds and whites that show remarkable precision.
Alix Millot has led this small domaine since 2014, overseeing an amazing lineup of vineyards mostly around Vosne-Romanée. Her wines have that rare ability to provide immediate carnal pleasure, while having the stuffing to age for decades. This is truly one of the most exciting finds in Burgundy.
Domaine Joseph Roty boasts one of the largest concentrations of old vines in Burgundy, averaging about 65 years. The domaine is fanatical about old vines, they have some of the oldest in France, the living ambassadors of the affinity the Roty’s so obviously feel for their land.

The Sarrazin brothers are known for making spectacular Côte Chalonnaise Burgundy from the village of Jambles, a tiny hamlet just outside of Givry that is at 300 meters altitude. They craft traditional Pinot Noir that show a clarity of terroir, with all the fruit de-stemmed and minimal extraction.

The Pinson family has farmed in Chablis since 1640, and was one of the first to 100% estate bottle. The domaine today is run by the dynamic Charlène Pinson and her father Laurent. They own 14 hectares of the crème de la crème of Chablis terroir, making stunning wines of intense purity.
Rémi Jobard is the son of Charles Jobard and nephew to Francois Jobard. Growing up and learning form these legendary brothers inspired him take the helm at this Meursault domaine. Rémi’s wines show a clarity of terroir, which comes from the organic farming and a hands-off approach in the cellar.
