"The 2022 Chenin Blanc (Clarksburg) emerges from vines planted in 1985. Pear, apricot, chamomile, ginger and spice open nicely. There's gorgeous texture, and a touch of phenolic tension on the finish. It was aged in a 20hL cask, with partial malolactic fermentation. Bright saline notes extend the finish. This opens beautifully with aeration."
