Prosecco Extra Brut Valdobbiadene DOCG Rive 'San Martino - Montagnole'

• 100% Glera from the Rive (steep hillside) of Santo Stefano within Valdobbiadene

• 0.97 hectare vineyard with average altitude of 250m above sea level composed of marly and calcareous soils dating back to the Tortonian period of the Miocene

• 40 year old vines

• Soft pressing of the grapes with alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tank at around 16-18°C for around 15 day with subsequent rest on the lees for 4 months followed by filtration

• Secondary fermentation takes place in a small stainless steel autoclave with bâtonnage for over 8 months before bottling 

• Approximately 12,580 bottles production per year
