"One of Greece's benchmark roses, the Kir-Yianni 2025 Amyndeon Xinomavro L'Esprit du Lac Rose Vielles Vignes is graceful and fresh, offering a bouquet that feels both polished and rustic yet always delicately rendered. Made from Xinomavro vines at least 40 years old in Amyndeon, the wine delivers terrific tension and energy over a taut, crisp mouthfeel. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on the fine lees for three months, it captures the cool-climate character of Amyndeon, where sandy soils, nearby lakes and mountains help preserve the variety's hallmark freshness. Production totals approximately 100,000 bottles."
