"After some tests, they produced a white field blend of Torontel and Semillon in the zone of Cauquenes. The 2022 Aupa Vino Blanco fermented in concrete and was kept in stainless steel and bottled after eight months. It keeps the primary character, the crunchy white and yellow fruit, some flowers and the juicy palate. It has only 12.6% alcohol and very good freshness and balance."
