This limited edition of Ichiro’s beloved Malt & Grain blends Scotch, Canadian Rye, Bourbon, Irish Whiskey, and Ichiro’s own Japanese single malt. Once brought back to the Chichibu Distillery in Saitama, Japan, each whisk(e)y is aged for a minimum of 10 years before vatting. Bottled without additives or coloring, the result is a supremely complex spirit spanning an age range of 10–40 years. Aromas of baked apple, cinnamon, roasted corn, white pepper, and honey transition to a rich, malty palate with a confectionary backbone of toffee, vanilla, and caramel.
