"What a fascinating nose of lemon peel, flint, dried tarragon and jasmine. Already open, but that doesn™t mean it is any the lesser for this, the structure compact and finely nuanced. Stacks of ripe pear fruit on the concentrated palate. Long, salty but gentle finish thanks to the almost soft acidity. From biodynamically grown grapes. Vegan. Drink or hold."

"The 2024 Riesling Wachenheim Goldbächel P.C. benefits from great water availability but it is well drained due to the sandstone soils. The shy nose reveals a touch of smoke before plunging into a lemony, smooth palate of buffered brightness and freshness. All about this is linear and cool. The finish is full of citrus. Bone-dry"

"The 2023 Goldbächel Wachenheim P.C. offers a clear, ripe and intense yellow fruit aroma intertwined with spicy and refreshing phenol notes. Round, lush and elegant on the palate, this is a full-bodied, juicy-textured and quite charming Riesling with ripe acidity and fine phenol grip on the finish. This crowd-pleasing 2023 Goldbächel is already digestible. 12.5% stated alcohol. Diam 30 cork. Tasted at the domaine in January 2025."

"The yellow grapefruit and Amalfi lemon freshness plus the restrained juiciness make a bold statement on the medium-bodied palate. Racy and compact, with great energy and drive in the super-long finish. From biodynamically grown grapes. Vegan. Drink or hold."

"This succulent and elegant dry riesling is still slightly dominated by the flinty character from the long lees contact in oak, in the same way that the Coche-Dury white Burgundies are at this stage. Very straight and focused, this just needs some time in the bottle. From biodynamically grown grapes. Wild-fermented in large neutral oak. Vegan. Drink or hold."

"The 2022 Riesling Wachenheim Godlbächel P.C. is harvested from Triassic sandstone that is naturally divided into two parts, one on a brook and one slightly higher on drier soils and vinified separately. The key to this wine is soil management, taking in these different water availabilities. It is made half in stainless steel and half in large barrel. It has a lovely herbal savor before oaky creaminess kicks in. It is one of the earliest vineyards to be harvested. This is smooth and creamy, with a lemony tinge on the nose, very charming, bone dry and most approachable, but with less length. (Bone-dry)"
