"This well-aged sweetie shows balance and integration, still offering a lively, focused range of sun-dried black cherry, spiced orange peel, licorice twist, and dried mint and eucalyptus notes. Lightly mouthcoating and silky in texture, with the flavor range lingering nicely on the finish. Assyrtiko, Athiri and Aidani. - AN"

"Tasted blind. Molasses-dark but oh-so herbal and fresh in aroma. On the palate, it's super-intense, rooty and herbal, with notes of sarsaparilla and ginger adding verve to the dark raisin and burnt-sugar notes. A little volatile acidity keeps it feeling lively. A little bit of this goes a very long way. (TQT)"
