"Palest gold. Aromas of pears and white flowers with a hint of citrus pith. Flavours of vanilla pastry cream, pear and unripe apple have a faint chalky texture and just a whisper of salinity. Wet pavement, citrus pith and pear skin linger in the finish. Compelling and brisk with excellent acidity. (AY)"
