• Citrus-forward New Western gin produced by St. George Spirits in Alameda, California
• Base of neutral spirit made from non-GMO grain
• Includes 25 botanicals: orange blossom; bergamot, Seville, and Valencia orange peels; grapefruit, lemon, and lime peels; angelica root; caraway; fresh cilantro; California bay laurel; cardamom; coriander; fresh cucumber; fresh dill and dill seed; fennel seed; fresh ginger; juniper; pink and Malabar black peppercorn; nutmeg; orris root; Saigon cinnamon; and star anise
• Caraway, cardamom, Saigon cinnamon, coriander, angelica root, orris root, dill seed, fennel seed, star anise, black peppercorn, ginger, lemon, lime, Seville orange, and bergamot orange are macerated in neutral grain spirit
• The resulting infusion is distilled in a copper pot still, passing through a vapor-infusion basket that holds juniper, cilantro, and bay laurel
• The remaining botanicals are macerated and distilled separately before all component distillates are blended and proofed
• Aromas of crushed white magnolia petals, cucumber skin, and pink peppercorn transition to a verdant and aqueous palate of cucumber juice, lemon zest, coriander, and a hint of ginger
• 45% ABV
