• 65% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot & 15% Pinot Noir
• Sourced from the Abbey’s vineyards located on a plateau, Babszökő, Tavaszó, and Széldomb
• White and red clay, sand, and loess soil
• Fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by the juice spending 3 weeks on the skins
• Aged for 6 months in 228L used oak barrels
