- South/South-East facing vineyard at 300 meters above sea level
- Clay mixed with broken rocks and volcanic bedrock
- Hand harvested in the morning, end of September and early October
- Pressed at night and transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation
- Aged in steel tanks with 5-6 months on the lees
