"The NV Tradition Sparkling Rosš comes mainly from the 2021 vintage and is a blend of 95% Pinot Noir and 5% Chardonnay. It has a medium cherry-pink color and gregarious aromas of raspberries, strawberries, lemon peel, freshly baked bread and petrichor. The palate pairs concentrated, fruity flavors with soft hints of autolysis, and it has creamy mousse. Its bright acidity is balanced by six grams of dosage, and it has a long, layered finish"
