"Distilled at Mars Shinshu Distillery, this has floral notes and IPA bitterness up front. The creaminess on the nose is supported by oxidized apple, pepper, clove, fresh lemon, and candied orange. Rich apple flavors combine with honey, hops, and vanilla. It™s quite spicy at cask strength, with baked lemon, honey, vanilla, maltiness, a beautiful thick creaminess, and a finish of epic length. This is among the best IPA finishes out there. (180 bottles)"
