• Japanese koji whisky distilled from unmalted barley from an undisclosed distillery in Japan
• Koji rice used to kickstart fermentation
• Aged for 17 years in oak barrels
• Casks hand selected by ImpEx Beverage Vice President Chris Uhde
• Seventeen years spent in barrel envelop this koji whisky in weathered oak from nose to finish, providing a backdrop for a fruity, confectionary palate anchored by coconut, raspberry, and white chocolate
• Non-chill filtered and bottled at a natural cask strength of 43.6% ABV
• Limited release of 733 bottles
