• Distilled from 100% sugarcane juice pressed by a water-powered mill
• Open-air fermented at least 10 days
• Distilled twice in 1,000-liter, wood-fired, copper pot stills
• Earthy and mineralic with flavors of papaya, banana, and freshly cut grass
• 46.5% ABV
