Bottled at full barrel proof, this rare expression was produced at the now-shuttered 10 Cane Distillery, where long and low fermentation yielded complex rums for the now-defunct rum enterprise started by French luxury brand, LVMH. Holmes Cay is releasing two casks per year over the course of nine years, each with an additional year of maturation. This extremely rare vertical series offers the opportunity to experience the evolution of flavor as these unique barrels—truly the last of their kind—age from 10 to 19 years.
