• Aged single cask rum distilled at Diamond Distillery in Guyana and bottled by Holmes Cay
• Distilled in 2018 from 100% molasses on Demerara Distillers’ Versailles (REV) wooden pot still
• Aged 5 years; matured in ex-bourbon casks for 4 years in the UK and 1 year in New York State before being bottled in 2023
• A nose of butterscotch transitions to a palate of crème brûlée and tobacco
• Only two casks released
• No sugar, coloring, or other additives
• Non-chill filtered; 55% ABV
