"Mostly grapefruit and blackcurrant bud but there's also something riper, like preserved green figs and passion fruit. Intense freshness and citrus/green fruits on the palate, with notably crips acidity and a dry-tasting long grassy, taut finish. The small amount of residual sugar is well-integrated to calm the acidity though I do just sense it slightly at the very end. Long and succulent. (JH) 13%"
