- 100% Sauvignon Blanc
- 60% of the fruit is sourced from Gabriëlskloof. The remaining 40% is sourced from Oudam, located on the slopes of the Citrusdal (Skurfberg) Mountain, around 450 meters above sea level.
- Whole bunch pressed and fermented in locally made clay amphorae, and then aged for 10 months
- The amphorae range in size between 500L-860L and are porous with no lining inside, allowing for the perfect amount of micro-oxidation during maturation
