"From a village that™s famous for charming and playful wines. A wealth of candied citrus aromas on the juicy, concentrated and vibrant palate. Very long, structured finish that pulls you back for more. 100% from the Gaisbohl GG site. From biodynamically grown grapes. Vegan. Drink or hold. Screw cap."

"What a stunning village wine. The mouth-filling juiciness (think star fruit and the ripest citrus) is backed up with ample power. Creamy front palate, then the salty minerality and animating acidity kick in and push the finish way out there. A cuvee based on the Gaisbohl GG site of Ruppertsberg. From biodynamically grown grapes. Vegan. Drink or hold. Screw cap."

"The 2023 Ruppertsberg Village Riesling trocken opens with a remarkably coolish, pure and refined, a little crunchy bouquet with bright and elegant fruit and smoky aromas intermingled with reduced phenolic notes. Lean and elegant on the palate yet with ripe and juicy fruit, this is a very fine and elegant-finishing Riesling whose savory grip and tension will be better integrated after a few years of bottle age. 12% stated alcohol. Screw-cap closure. Tasted at the domaine in January 2025."

"Cask sample. Pungent and mineral. Real texture on the finish. A bit like sandpapering the palate " in a good way!"

"Very attractive open nose with a wide spectrum of ripe stone fruits plus a whiff of flint adding excitement. Stunning fruit with a mineral elegance to match it on the mouth-filling yet fresh finish. Complex savory and salty finish. Nearly all this cuvee comes from the Gaisbohl GG site. Mostly wild-fermented in large neutral oak. From biodynamically grown grapes. Vegan. Drink or hold. Screw cap."

"The 2022 Riesling Ruppertsberg Village was mainly picked in the Gaisböhl parcels that did not make it into the GG and Nussbien. Lemon peel and flint combine into an enticing, appetizing nose. Some cooling lemon balm hovers. The palate is textured with dense, ripe, juicy apple fruit, edged with lemon pith and gentler yeast. This is lip-smacking and bone-dry, really bright, bracing even. Well done. (Bone-dry)"
