"The 2024 Rosé Cistercien is a deeply mineral wine. Acids here are driving and persistent, cutting like a tornado across a cornfield. The intensely chalky, rocky minerality is the main attraction, as there's not much fruit or aromatic expression to speak of. That said, I like this for its distinctiveness and particularly terroir-driven feel—something that is highly unique in the world of Rosé."
