"The NV Extra Brut Rosé is one of the better wines in this range. Bold and effusive, the Rosé offers terrific depth and plenty of verve, too. Crushed rocks, orange peel, game, cranberry and white flowers all run through this expressive, finely cut Rosé. The blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Meunier works so well. Dosage is 3 grams per liter.
