• Botanicals include strawberry, lemon, rose hip, mint, and locally sourced California mugwort (Artemsia douglasania)
• Base wine of rosé produced from organically grown Grenache grapes by Kivelstadt Cellars in North Coast, California
• Fortified using neutral grape spirit distilled by Griffo Distillery in Petaluma
• Lightly sweetened to 62 g/l using locally sourced Riesling grape juice and organic cane sugar
• Inviting aromas of fresh peppermint, sweet grape must, dehydrated lemon peel, and raspberry leaf precede a lush palate bursting with strawberry, Meyer lemon, and lemon verbena with rose petal and lemongrass on a long, vinous finish
• 18% ABV

Produced from a base of rosé wine from the North Coast crafted in a classic Provençal style, Rue de Rêve’s Rosé Apéritif is vibrant, refreshing, fruity, and floral—almost as it if was perfectly formulated to be the ultimate base for a Spritz! The combination of strawberry and lemon balance sweet fruit with bright acidity while rose hip and mint provide enchanting layers of florality. Try it in a Cobbler or pair it with Cognac in a Metropole cocktail in place of the vermouth.
