"Lemons, white peaches and honey on the nose of this pure, cool white. It™s medium-bodied, fresh and minerally with lemony acidity. Pristine. From biodynamically grown grapes with Respekt certification. Drink now or hold. Screw cap."

"The 2023 Riesling Zöbing is from the younger vines in the Gaisberg and Kleeblatt sites and the western flank of the Heiligenstein. It was whole-bunch-pressed and made in stainless steel. Exquisite fragrance shines with crushed citrus foliage, bergamot peel and beguiling citrus peel in the green and orange spectrum. The palate tingles with these wonderful aromas and swirls them in the air like a consummate juggler. This is a wine of freshness, citrus purity, joy and uncommon length. So fresh, so pure. What a fantastic package of esprit. (Bone-dry)"
