"#6 Top 100 Wines of Germany 2025: Still very young, but there's already plenty of Mirabelle plums and citrus on the nose and front palate, which is not very Burgundian. But the incredibly complex stony and chalky finish reminds me more of Grand Cru Chevalier-Montrachet in Burgundy than anything else. Try to give this very concentrated and youthful wine time to reveal this dimension that makes it stand out. Giant aging potential. From organically grown grapes. Vinified completely in large neutral oak. Drink or hold."
