"Young and focused, the 2023 Riesling/Gruner Veltliner is full of electricity and light. The palate is citrus-bright with chalky textures, a hint of spritz on entry and a pop of bright acidity. Clean, pure and young, it's a really sparky wine that is good from the off, but will naturally mellow with a bit more time in bottle."

"The 2021 Riesling/Gruner Veltliner is a sinewy, savory expression, with plenty of concentration and satisfying phenolics giving this wine an appetizing, serious structure. A stream of balanced acidity leaves the palate clean. It™s starting to show the first signs of development in its flavor profile, offering up spice and savory notes alongside bruised apple flavors, florals and that unmistakably Riesling note of lime. This provides for gratifying drinking now and, with a screw-cap on, it won't be going anywhere quickly."

"This intriguing white is fragrant, with lemon blossom and jasmine up front, then fleshy notes of ripe peach, apricot and lemon curd. Finishes with an accent of candied ginger peel, while a fresh thread of acidity keeps the flavors bright and juicy. Riesling and Grüner Veltliner. Drink now. 250 cases made, 30 cases imported."

"The 2020 Riesling-Gruner Veltliner is from the top of the Burn Cottage Vineyard, in a little valley, or amphitheater. The composition is 66% Riesling and 34% Grüner Veltliner. This is rich and full"both varieties spent some time on skins (between one and three days) which has given a phenolic presence to the wine, with layers of sesame seeds, tahini, crushed nuts, lavender, green apple skins, preserved citrus and beeswax. White tea too. Very good. Sleek. There is only one gram per liter of residual sugar, which hardly seems worth mentioning, but it's good to know. 12% alcohol, sealed under screw cap."
