"From gypsum Keuper soils, the dry 2022 Riesling Bönnigheim opens with a deep, clear and intense yet still slightly reductive nose of well concentrated bright fruits intermingled with herbal/floral notes. Dense and tight on the palate, with lively but fine acidity, this is a medium-bodied, young and intense Riesling with serious phenols and excellent aging potential. 12.5% stated alcohol. Screw-cap closure. Tasted in March 2024."
