"A pretty riesling with sliced pears and crane-apple aromas and flavors. Medium body. Spicy pear. Some flint. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drink now. Screw cap."

"Really quite firm and without the sweet cachou quality found in some antipodean Rieslings. Are the clones German? Just a little bit of RS but beautifully judged to counterbalance the (notable) grapefruit acidity. A really fine, dry, bracing aperitif. "

"The 2022 Dry Riesling is talc-y and mineral, with white flowers and lime flesh, green apple skins, lemon pith and white pepper. It's gently fleshy through the finish. Lovely wine! 13.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap."
