• Aged rhum agricole produced by Rhum Clément in Le François, Martinique
• AOC Martinique Rhum
• Distilled from sugarcane juice at Fonds-Préville Distillery in Macouba, Martinique
• Open-tank fermented with French baker’s yeast for 24 hours
• Distilled in a Creole copper column still
• Aged, blended, and bottled at Habitation Clément
• Aged 6 years in ex–bourbon barrels
• Brown sugar, dried red fruit, and prune on the nose precede a palate of oak tannin, gingerbread, caramel, black tea, pineapple, and honeydew
• No added sugar or coloring
• 42% ABV

Clement’s X.O. expression is an aged, or vieux, rhum agricole with an X.O. designation requiring a minimum of six years of barrel aging. This is the only core aged rhum in the Clément range that is matured entirely in ex–bourbon barrels, and the light char of the American oak adds a whisp of smoke and caramel confection to the fruity, vegetal agricole.
