• 200+ year old bush vines sourced from about .5HA
• The vineyard is a continuation of the Pipeño vineyard, but is marked by a very different soil, much more compact and granitic, as it moves up a steep slope
• Hand harvested and typically ripen about 2 weeks earlier
• Fermented in large Rauli tanks with indigenous yeasts
• Aged in a combination of old neutral barrels minimum 6th use and tanks for around 7 months
• Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with zero sulphur
