"The 2024 Riesling Varidor, also from old genetics selected here, is both from Thörnicher Schiesslay and Longuicher Probstberg, all the vines are at least 20 years old. Subtle lime peel, hayflower and peach aromas come together harmoniously on the nose. The same seamless synthesis defines the flowing, smooth, rounded body with exquisitely buffered freshness and beautiful slenderness, yet fill. What a lovely wine. Dry"

"An amazing entry-level wine thanks to the wide spectrum of stone fruit, citrus and white tree fruit aromas. Also some floral notes. At once well structured and light-footed on the barely medium-bodied palate. Excellent interplay of fruit, leesy and wet stone complexity in the long, clean finish. Vegan. Drink or hold. Screw cap."

"The 2023 Riesling Varidor comes from the same ancient genetics as Quant, sourced from older vines between 15 and 25 years old. The nose combines reduction, flint and a slight lift of hayflowers with the ripest, juiciest russet pear. The palate is smooth, beautifully serene, dry, expansive and full, with a bright freshness that shines through herb, pear and texture. Exquisite balance."
