A Malvasia Fina-based blend of traditional Douro white varieties, grown on schist-sandstone soils at 600 meters of elevation • Primary fermentation is arrested with addition of neutral grape-based spirit  • Aged in a combination of stainless steel and old, neutral oak for 3 years • The perfect backbone for one of Portugal’s most famous cocktails: the Porto Tónico! (2 parts tonic to 1 part white port stirred over ice with the citrus and/or herbal garnish of choice) • 19.5% ABV • 55g/L residual sugar
