This is SUYO’s first Italia release made from grapes grown on the El Encontrón estate, located next to the Mala River, where the grapes are informed by sandy loam, an arid climate, and limited sunlight. Enjoy this spritely pisco on the rocks to contemplate the nuances of the aromatic Italia grape or sub it in for gin in an elegant Peruvian take on a classic Martini.
