"The 2024 Pinot Noir Olivet Ranch is delicate, open-knit and very pretty. Crushed rose petal, macerated cherry, pipe tobacco, cedar, dried herbs, mint and coffee are all very nicely lifted. Silky, polished tannins extend the effortless mid-palate and finish."

"Shows lightly mulled red and black cherry fruit laced with lightly nervy acidity, while rose petal, sassafras and dried blood orange peel accents chime through. A balsam wood hint lends subtle firmness around the finish."

"Wild herbs, green peppercorns, pomegranates and red berries on the nose. The palate is taut and tart, with flavors of currants and orange zest. Juicy tannins that are refreshing yet structured, with savory herbs in the finish. Medium-bodied. Drink or hold."

"The 2023 Pinot Noir Olivet Ranch is a super-classic wine from this well-known Russian River site. Bold and punchy, with gorgeous forward fruit, the 2023 is total seduction. Floral and savory overtones lend energy. Black cherry, sage, lavender, menthol and coffee are all nicely amplified in this effortless wine."

"An enticingly aromatic red, with warmed raspberry compote, rooibos tea and potpourri notes backed by a singed sandalwood edge that lengthens the finish. Tilts hedonistic in the end, but theres acidity for balance. 341 cases made. - JM"

"Winemaker Ehren Jordan is passionate about cool-climate expressions of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah, working with vineyards in Northern California and Oregon to coax out different site-specific expressions of these grapes. This Pinot Noir is from the Olivet Ranch vineyard that Jordan purchased in 2011 and converted to organic farming. The wine has delicate red berries with hints of orange zest on the nose. It has a lovely, lifted palate with bright strawberry notes accented by an earthy kick on the finish."

"The 2022 Pinot Noir Olivet Ranch is laced with crushed flowers, sweet dried cherry fruit, spice, cedar, leather and tobacco. This mid-weight, gracious Pinot is quite the charmer. I would prefer to drink it over the next handful of years."
