• Mirama cuvée is a tribute to cool-climate, hillside Pinot Noir on the Sonoma Coast
• Sourced from 43% Thorn Ridge, 22% Rice Spivak Vineyard, 23% Heintz Vineyard (Sonoma Coast AVA)
• Native yeast fermentation in small temperature controlled, open top, stainless steel vessels
• Aged for nearly 18 months in a mix of French oak, including 40% new
• A mix of clones including Swan, 667, 777, 115
• Every clone was fermented and aged separately with the final blend selection being made in February 2023
• Bottled March 10, 2023
• 13.8% abv
