"The 2024 Pinot Noir Lola is deep, fleshy and super expressive right out of the gate. A burst of dark red-toned fruit, cedar, blood orange, pipe tobacco, menthol and dried herbs races across the palate. This is an especially bold, juicy style, and yet the Lola has plenty of the energy and savoriness that is typical of the Failla Pinots. This site in the Petaluma Gap turns out an incredibly distinctive wine."

"The 2022 Pinot Noir Lola is laced with hints of orange peel, mint, sage, tobacco, cedar and kirsch. Intense floral and spice notes lend an exotic flair. There's a wonderful air of sophistication to the Lola. I especially admire its translucent personality. Lola is a blend of blocks from Gap's View in the Petaluma Gap."
