"This Pinot Noir is crafted in a deliciously herbal style, starting with aromas of wet sage, bay leaf and eucalyptus that give impressive edge to the cranberry and raspberry elements. The palate is laden in terpene-like flavors of bay leaf and seaweed, with cranberry and blood orange touches clinging to chalky tannins. " Matt Kettmann"

"Fermented with 50% whole clusters, the 2022 Pinot Noir Kick-on Ranch is a translucent, featherweight expression of Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir. The nose is delicate and pure, driven by dried red fruits, bright spices and dried herbs that introduce a beautifully textured, vibrant, silky palate. It finishes on a straightforward, grainy, earth-tinged note that feels slightly clipped in this vintage, but the aromatic and textural precision here is impressive."

"The 2023 Pinot Noir Küstennebel is a barrel selection from the Sta. Rita Hills sites Graham Tatomer works with. Notable mid-palate density and ripeness are the hallmarks here, all in a slightly less than midweight frame. Hibiscus, rooibos and tea-like tannins make the Küstennebel feel like an infusion, with the suppleness to match. This is all class."

"A barrel selection assembled from lots of Drum Canyon and Sanford & Benedict, the 2023 Pinot Noir Küstennebel is slightly restrained on the nose, gradually offering up a tobacco and earth-driven profile with a dark-fruited core. The palate is beautifully elastic, buoyant and focused, concluding with a dense, taut finish framed by grainy tannins and a hint of retronasal perfume."
