"The 2025 Riesling Niederhauser Klamm, from porphyry, immediately presents an aromatic flourish of tangerine, flint, green apple and spicy grapefruit. The palate, still carrying a little yeastiness, plunges into savor, smoothness, slaty spice and lovely fruit that tangles green and red apple with that gorgeous tangerine. This is svelte but utterly concentrated, athletic, bristling with delicious energy and sporting a giant, self-evident smile. What a wine. (Bone-dry)"
