"The 2016 Blanc de Quatre Cepages is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier, 15% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Blanc aged on the cork. It offers fine textural depth along with the lightly oxidative notes one might expect given aging on cork. Dried orchard fruit, spice, orange confit and light caramel overtones caress the palate. There's lovely understated complexity, but I would not push my luck on aging. Zero dosage. Disgorged: February 2024."
