"This is highly floral, with aromas of lychees, melon, quince and a hint of curry. The palate is incisive, savory and saline, with phenolic tension that adds dimension. The finish is fresh, luminous, tight and chiseled. Sourced from a 104-year-old malvasia vineyard in El Zampal, Tupungato. Aged in used French oak barrels. Expressive and remarkably approachable. Drink now or hold."

"Deriving from a minuscule plot of 1922 plantings, the 2023 Livver  Malvas¡a saw four months of skin contact in concrete eggs and matured for five months in equal parts French barrique and concrete. A gorgeously floral and exotic nose of dried ginger, geraniums and citrus oil introduces a pure, vibrant and quenching palate. It closes with a similarly spry, juicy finish that showcases a pleasant and measured retronasal perfume."
