Eduardo Soler and two friends started Ver Sacrum in 2012 with the concept of growing and vinifying Rhone varietals. Their winemaking ethos focuses on fresh, low alcohol, lighter skin contact, native yeast, honest, and easy drinking wines.
Founded in 2007 by the Michelini brothers, the winery and vineyards are located outside the town of Tupungato in Argentina's Uco Valley at 4,500 ft above sea level. The winery practices organic methods in the vineyards, hand harvests its grapes and uses only native yeasts in the winemaking process.
