"The NV Champagne Blanc de Blancs L'Esquisse Extra Brut is remarkably fragrant on the nose, fresh and free from oxidation, offering notes of pineapple, lemon curd, flowers, wet stones, and spearmint. Medium to full-bodied, it's savory and deep, with a salty and bright profile, yet very fresh, featuring a silky texture and a clean finish. The palate really comes to life, all pure ripe pineapple and candied citrus that lasts long on the finish, with a creamy and supple mousse that rounds out the palate beautifully. It has notes of fresh pastry or almond and tastes like a pineapple strudel. Drink 2025-2035. This is a new cuvée, 100% Chardonnay from Cuis, with the base vintage 2022. It was disgorged in July 2025 with zero dosage."
