"The 2021 Champagne Grand Cru Oger Lieu-Dit Le Grand Jardin Brut Nature reveals notes of orchard fruit with fresh peach or apricot, chamomile, mint, and savory preserved lemon. Medium-bodied, the palate is very pretty and elegant rather than intensely powerful, with a spicy mousse and good intensity from the village. It has potential for aging, no question. Drink 2025-2040. All wines were disgorged in May 2025 with no dosage. 2021 was a challenging vintage due to weather pressure from mildew, requiring constant vigilance for this organic producer. However, sunny and drier days at the end of the season helped."

"A bright yellow color, the 2020 Champagne Grand Cru Oger Lieu-Dit Le Grand Jardin Brut Nature is another exceptional wine from Domaine Vincey, with more reserved aromatics initially, with notes of citrus blossoms, poached pears, stone fruit, and toasted pastry. Medium-bodied, it has a delicate, silky texture, although it exhibits some intensity and depth, as is typical in the range. However, it has more verticality compared to the Oger of the 2020 vintage. It has a savory finish and is likely to improve with another year or two, but it™s ready to enjoy now and over the next 12-15 years."

"The 2020 Brut Nature Le Grand Jardin is layered and dynamic in the glass. Citrus confit, sage, mint, dried pear, chamomile and chalk are nicely framed by a discreet touch of oak. Pretty floral and chalky inflections extend the subtle, nuanced finish. Zero dosage. Disgorged: May 2024."

"Derived from a southeast-facing site of old massal selection planted in 1967, the 2020 Blanc de Blancs Oger Le Grand Jardin is one of the most dramatic wines in the range. Quentin Vincey told me that the clay component here is deeper (about 90 centimeters), and the site is less windy, which, combined with its exposure, defines the personality of this rather gourmand blanc de blancs. Flamboyant and boldly expressive, framed by maturation in oak (for 12 months, 20% new), it wafts from the glass with aromas of yellow plum, cedar and pastries mingling with ripe citrus fruit. Full-bodied, enveloping and textural, underpinned by succulent acids, it™s easy to tell that you™ve left Le Mesnil and arrived in Oger."
