"Juicy and lively with a pronounced stony acidity, this barely medium-bodied dry riesling has a lovely limey freshness. Still quite sleek, and there's a minty character that accentuates the freshness. From organically grown grapes with Fair'n Green certification. Drink or hold. Screw cap."

"Mouthcoating gooseberry, green plum and apple notes show a depth of herbal energy, with a white tea accent flanked by smoke and slate. Shows plush ripeness throughout, which gives a generous feel that's quickly hemmed in by crackling acidity and a bitter kick of quinine on the succulent finish. Drink now through 2032. 55 cases imported."

"The 2023 Riesling Schiefer, formerly known as Kabistück, was picked mainly in the Kestener Paulinshofberg, neighboring the Brauneberger Juffer, on lighter, deeper slate soils. Subtle notes of ripe, juicy red-green apple on the nose come with a slight stony verve and crackle. The palate continues in this subtle vein, displaying pure, crunchy, vivid apple fruitiness on a slender, elegant body. This wine shows elegance and slenderness in equal measure."
