• Item Description: Reikyo ‘Absolute 0’ Junmai Daiginjo is made from local Kura No Hana rice milled to 0.85%. Taking up 7 months of continuous rice milling, this sake uses the very center of the grain which makes the sake have depth, clarity and evolving flavors with Just 999 bottles produced annually.
