  • A new Juyondai release, made entirely from the top grade “Tokujo” Omachi rice, just 0.2% of all Omachi grown. First achieved by Okayama farmers in 2018, it proved so difficult they didn’t succeed again until 2023.
  • One of the only known heirloom strains of sake rice, Omachi was discovered in the wild in 1869, brings a unique herbal quality and depth to fine sake.
