  • A light bodied Honjozo with a silky texture and a definitive clean finish perfect for food pairing.
  • Soft aromas of steamed rice and chestnuts, flavors of candied nuts and dried tropical fruit.
  • As with all Isojiman items they take a full 72 hours to grow their koji, allowing for incredible depth of flavor and defined structure.
  • The added alcohol allows this sake to maintain its structure and allow flavors to deepen and develop weeks after opening.
