• Distilled from sugarcane juice from at low-yield sugarcane varietal named Madame Mueze
• Spontaneously fermented; distilled in a 60-plus-year-old Creole Column still
• Aged exclusively in a single ex-Cognac cask for 15 years
• This elegant rum displays notes of toasted vanilla bean and bananas foster, with hints of Grand Champagne Cognac lingering on the finish
