"Ripe black cherries, leather, peppery garrigue, and herbal nuances define the 2023 Grenache Dorigo Family Vineyard, with ample rose petal nuances. Medium-bodied, nicely balanced, and textured, it's one of the most complete and textured in the lineup. Based on 100% Grenache fermented with 28% whole clusters and aged 11 months in neutral barrels, this beauty will drink well over the coming 7-8 years. Drink 2025-2033."

"Light to medium garnet. Aromas of pure alpine strawberries and wild flowers. Flavours of gorgeously bright and pure strawberries are shot through with a hint of dried herbs and potpourri and scented with flowers through a long finish. Faint, barely perceptible tannins and gorgeous acidity. Great lift, poise and purity. Outstanding. (AY)"

"The 2022 Grenache Dorigo Family Vineyard is one of the more extroverted cuvšes in this lineup, befitting of its location in Ballard Canyon. That richness works well to play off the generally restrained style here. Dark plum, leather, spice, licorice and lavender bring out the darker side of Grenache, especially compared with the other wines in the range."

"Mulberries, leather, peppery herbs, sandalwood, and assorted, dried herb notes all emerge from the 2022 Grenache Dorigo Family Vineyard, a medium-bodied, concentrated Grenache that comes from a site in the Ballard Canyon region of Santa Barbara County. It has plenty of structure, terrific balance, and will evolve gracefully through 2032."
